Abstract

The topic results from the students and some residents of Cabinda around the monodocencie. It investigated how the teachers and headmasters perceive the monodocencie in the teaching of the contents. It pretended to diagnose the primary school teachers and headmasters' perception, perceive how some teachers and headmasters deal with the mono-teaching in teaching-learning process, perceive the type of formation given to teachers, how they adapt themselves to the contents, clarify some constraints occurred during the implementation of the reform. Propose some methodological strategies. The bibliographical methods were used, with incidence on the technique of interview the assumed model is the descriptive one. The teachers were not prepared for the reform, thus their immense difficulties in teaching and that, to invest in the specific formation, the teachers’ judicious recruitment is a panacea to settle the constraints in the future reforms.
